What's Changing

• When signing in, users will be prompted to enter a one-time verification code in addition to their password.
• The verification code will be sent to the email address associated with your user ID.
• The site address will also transition from clip.mellon.com to clip.bny.com.

What This Means for You

• No preregistration or app download is required.
• Each time you log in, you will receive a verification code by email.
• If your organization uses a shared or group email inbox to access the site, please ensure that users can access that inbox to retrieve the verification code.
